Ingredients

- Water2 tsp
- Lemon juice1 oz
- Bourbon2 oz
- Lemon peel1 twist of
Method

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and bourbon.

Shake well.

Strain well.

Strain into a highball glass.
