Ingredients

  • Gin1 1/2 oz
  • Sugar2 tsp superfine
  • Lemon juice1 1/2 oz
  • Champagne4 oz Chilled
  • Orange1
  • Maraschino cherry1

Method

    Combine gin, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

    Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass.

    Top up with Champagne.

    Stir gently.
