Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Light cream2 tsp
- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- LemonJuice of 1/2
- Egg white1
- Carbonated water
Method

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes.
